Возможно не докачался, используйте ключ -c
wget -с http://anorien.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/linuxmint/packages/pool/main/m/mintinstall/mintinstall_7.5.7_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i mintinstall_7.5.7_all.deb
 
или попробуйте установить через gdebi.
