не видет звука и не работает звук в программе записи

вобщем так звук есть но его нет в настройках нет устройств
пробывал переставлять устройства не работате и все перезапускал

переустанавливал удалля папку .PulseAudio чего звук работате но при запуске
любой программы записи видит только алса пусльаудио пустое

горит выключить звук звука есть но регулятор громкости и настройки не видят не одного устройства

в минте все работает и я решил перенести папку pulse из минта в основную систему заменив основную зделав бекап основной а что толку звука нету
